The Art of Touch.
Pain is not a judgment. You can appeal against it.The most important thing is to get into good hands.

What is osteopathy?

A surefire solution to pain and discomfort? Naturally! The answer is osteopathy.
It is an effective, natural, method used in the treatment and prevention of numerous diseases and dysfunctions. With a holistic approach and an understanding that pain problems often have multiple causes , therapists working with the osteopathic method are growing in popularity around the world. This method of therapy is often the only alternative to painkillers and surgery. Preventive treatment allows you to take care of your health and well-being in a natural way. In Poland, osteopathy, as a therapeutic method, is still gaining popularity, while in Anglo-Saxon countries it has developed a position putting it on a par with medical specialties. In the UK, this form of treatment is the first legally regulated field of natural medicine. It comes as no surprise that more than five million Britons visit the offices of osteopaths every year.

First visit

Every journey towards health begins with the first step. The initial visit is when we get to know your body and its needs. We focus on a detailed diagnosis, including: a history of your ailment, conducting functional and provocative tests, and performing an initial manual treatment.

Next visit

During the second visit, we analyze the effects of the initial manual treatment to fine-tune the subsequent therapy plan. The choice of therapeutic techniques is an art, which we tailor to individual needs, taking into account both the site of pain and overall health.

Termination of therapy

Every therapy has a goal. At the end of the journey, we compare the state of your health at the beginning and at the end of the process.
