Dominik Wrotniak
D.O. FSCCO
Diploma of Osteopathy Fellowship of Sutherland Cranial College of Ostopathy

For many years I had the pleasure of working with the Polish Sports Association for the Disabled START, where I headed the Rehabilitation and Wellness Department at the center in Wisla.
I was responsible for preparing the Polish national team of athletes with disabilities for major sporting events, such as the Paralympic Games in Athens, Turin, Beijing and Vancouver. I also had the honor of serving as a member of the medical mission at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. During my career, I have worked with many leading sports associations, including the Polish Athletics Association, the Polish Ski Association and the Polish Fencing Association, as well as numerous sports clubs. I am a graduate of FICO (Flanders International College of Osteopathy) and the Faculty of Physiotherapy at the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow. Since 1996 I have been affiliated with the Polish JuJitsu Goshin Ryu Association, where I earned my combat sports instructor diploma and 1st dan master’s degree, awarded in 2003. These experiences have solidified my knowledge and belief in the importance of an individual approach to each patient, both in osteopathy and in sports.

Values:
We believe that true mastery is born of exceptional quality.
Only this approach is our priority.
Our therapists work according to the highest British standards, offering osteopathy in its purest form, without additional methods. Each of our specialists practiced for many months under the watchful eye of Dominik Wrotniak before working with patients, which guarantees the highest quality of services offered.

Our therapists are thoroughly educated and constantly improving their skills to provide the highest standard of care to patients.
We focus on osteopathy in its purest form, focusing only on proven methods without admixtures of other therapies.
Our approach focuses on finding and treating the cause of the problem, rather than just alleviating the symptoms, which ensures long-term therapeutic results.
Mission
The art of good touch is at the core of our mission – we deliver osteopathy at the highest level, according to British standards, to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being. We focus on the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms, aiming to improve quality of life and support patients on their journey to full health.

Exceptional education:
Our exceptional post-graduate training, acquired in the UK, is now unique and inimitable in Central Europe. As a result, our therapists are best prepared to provide the highest level of service in accordance with the latest developments in osteopathy.

Joanna Socha, M.D., D.O.
I am a graduate of physiotherapy studies at the Jagiellonian University and the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow, as well as a 4-year postgraduate course at the Still Academy of Osteopathy, where I earned the title of Diplomate of Osteopathy (D.O.). I have many years of experience working with adult and pediatric patients, especially in the area of pain problems, orthopedic problems, postural defects, or stress-related ailments. I also worked with athletes for many years. I co-founded the medical staff of the American Football team, and have also worked with tennis players and athletes with disabilities. I have also actively cooperated with the Active Rehabilitation Foundation in Cracow, dealing with adults and children with physical disabilities.

Klaudia Rusek, MA
For several years, I have been rehabilitating patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain and postural pattern disorders, at which I currently most often use breathing exercises, respiratory re-education and musculo-fascial relaxation.
Proper breathing affects not only our appearance, but also our well-being, which is why I pay special attention to the psycho-physical state of my clients. I assume that success in the healing process must be a joint work of therapist and patient, so breathing training does not end in the office, but accompanies us every day and becomes our new daily routine. Most often I use, depending on the need, the methods of Butejko, Wim Hof and relaxation techniques taken from yoga and meditation. Conscious Breathing and Conscious Breathing make the body more flexible and relaxed, which definitely helps osteopathic therapy.
